About Our Glass Vases:
Most of our products are handcrafted and hand-blown glass vases, unless stated as being utility or machine made. They are originally made in metric dimensions and then converted to the nearest standard measurement to make it easier for our customers to visualize. Due to this, there may be some slight discrepancies on the size measurements of certain pieces. If you need exact dimensions for your specific needs, please contact our office to have one of our customer service associates get the exact dimensions for you. All the opening diameter and heights are measured from outside edge to outside edge of the glass, inside diameter or heights would vary depending on each vase. When the vases are made, we can only control the outside opening diameter or height because the blow mold can only control those parameters. Since they are all handmade / hand-blown glass vases, if you look carefully, there might be very minute differences among them. Tiny bubbles may exist in the glass, there are a natural part of all hand-blown glass vases, they are a by product of any liquid stage of glass when they are cooled and blown, but these should be so minor that most people do not notice.
Another very important note. We do not recommend customers to fill the larger vases with water, rock, or anything that has a lot of weight. The pressure may cause the glassware to break/shatter which could be hazardous.

We understand that your are providing your personal information to Opus Glass Vases for the purpose of ordering from or interacting with us, and no one else. Under no circumstances do we give, trade or sell your personal information to any other entity or company.
- Shipping Rates:
We ship to almost everywhere in the United States. Shipping carriers quote us by the weight and destination of package and that is what we charge our customers, we DO NOT up charge on shipping. We will choose the most reliable services for our customers based on their specific needs.FedEx: Standard shipments of less than (7) cases will be shipped using standard FedEx Ground/Home delivery: tracking information will be provide once order ships.
Pallet Freight (LTL Trucking): Large quantity shipments, usually 7 cases or more, or oversize pieces requiring pallet shipment, will be shipped by various LTL (Location to Location) Trucking companies. We shrink wrap the cases onto a single wooden palette which is then delivered by freight truck to the destination. This method decreases the chances of damages and breakage during transit. Pallet Freight may increase the shipping time depending on the destination.
**Shipments to residential addresses and locations that would be considered 'limited access' (e.g - places of worship, hotels, golf/country clubs or areas with limited access) may incur additional carrier fees, including a mandatory lift gate fee.**
Our customers can choose to use their own carrier to ship with as well for a $5 repackaging fee per case shipped, please call us for a full quote. When shipping with a 3rd part shipping account, if there are any damages or if the package is lost in transit, customers will be responsible for contacting their carrier agent and filing claims directly.

FedEx Ground/Home: Order Processing Time; plus Shipping Time of 1 to 7 business days (see expected FedEx Shipping Time Map).
LTL Trucking Orders: Order Processing Time; plus Shipping Time of 2 to 12 business days, call or email for estimated delivery time frame.
The shipping times may vary a little if it is not guaranteed shipping, in cases of weather delays, holidays, etc. Please let us know if you would need a guaranteed delivery date so we can accommodate you.
Please track your package with the tracking numbers provided to find any updated information during transit.
Any extra shipping services such as residential delivery, inside delivery, upstairs delivery or signature confirmation will be paid by the consignee. Home businesses, churches, schools, country clubs, and military bases are considered residential deliveries.
- International Shipping:
All international orders must have a full quote workup including any shipping or duty fees associated. Please contact a sales associate directly for an international order quote.
- Order Cancel/Change:
- Orders are processed very quickly after placing your order. Once an order is shipped we cannot make any changes to your order.
- **Please call us ASAP at 626-931-0663 within 12 hours to cancel an order.
In the event that you no longer wish to keep an item, you may return it to us. It must be unopened and in original packaging and you are responsible for the return shipping charges to ship it back to us. The product must be returned within 7 days from receipt of shipment. If glass is being returned, product must be shipped back to us in original packaging to avoid damage.
No returns will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of shipment. Please notify us before returning any items.
If items are returned after 1 week of receipt, but before 30 days, all items returned will incur a 25% restocking fee.
All non-product-related fees (shipping, handling, return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. No returns will be allowed for order longer than 30 days of receipt.
- Damaged or Incorrect:
In the event that an item is damaged you must report the damage within 48 hours. Then we require a picture taken of the damaged product. We will then replace the goods or issue a credit.
If the order is incorrect, we will have you send back the incorrect items.
All claims must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
Any replacements are shipped out with regular ground shipping method. The customer is responsible for any expedited requests for replacements.
Do NOT discard the broken items and the packaging materials right away, shipping company may need to pick them up for inspection, items are to be kept for up to 7 days before discarding.
Please do not remove broken glass out of the box because they are hazardous. Always wear protective gear when dealing with glass vases. You can open the lid of the box and take a picture from top and please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
