For a minimal fee per order, WGV will provide Dropship services to your orders.

Dropshipping includes:

• Removal of WGV International Logo from Packing Slip
• Omission of Order Invoice copy (no pricing visible)

UPC labels and SKU labels unfortunately cannot be removed.
WGV logo may still be present on box packaging.

While we strive to offer convenience and flexibility to our customers, drop shipping involves additional resources and operational costs for us. By charging a fee, we can ensure that we can continue to maintain the quality of our brand image and the high level of customer service that our customers have come to expect when purchasing our products. This fee helps us cover the expenses associated with providing this specialized service and ensures that we can continue to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Selling our products through third-party platforms such as Amazon.com, Wayfair.com, Walmart.com, Overstock.com, eBay.com, Etsy.com is against our company's terms of service and can result in order cancellation

In the event that an item is damaged you must report the damage within 7-10 business days from the date of delivery. For your safety, please do not remove broken glass from within its shipping box. Always wear protective gear when dealing with broken glass. You can open the lid of the box and take a picture of any damaged items and then please e-mail us at sales@wgvint.com. Replacements are shipped out using standard ground shipping, or we can issue you a refund if you do not need the replacement items. We DO NOT expedite replacement pieces. Damages for Business Wholesale and Retail Pallet orders are refunded directly, replacements are not provided for larger wholesale orders.
